Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities, and in the unlikely event that you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help.


To Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Please email our customer service team at customerservice@sundercover.com with your order details to begin the process. Items purchased on our website may be returned for an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items have not been worn or washed
  • Items are postmarked for return within 14 days of receiving your order

Returns:

  • Once your return request is received, we will send a free USPS return label within 48 hours
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving and approving the returned item
  • The refund will cover the item purchase price excluding original shipping charges

Exchanges:

  • You may place a new order at any time at: https://sundercover.com
  • USPS return label will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your exchange request
  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund including original standard shipping will be issued within 7 days

Defective Merchandise:
If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a full refund or replacement. All returns are subject to inspection. Items returned in worn or unacceptable condition will be sent back to the customer at their expense.


Final Sale Items:
Please note: Discontinued or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
